OYO SUBEB Shortlisted Candidates (2024/2025)

If you’re one of the thousands who applied for teaching positions through the Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (OYOSUBEB), the wait is almost over. The interview process is set to begin soon, and here’s everything you need to know to prepare.

The interviews will run from Wednesday, August 14 to Friday, August 23, 2024, and will take place at the OYOSUBEB headquarters in Agodi, Ibadan. After a rigorous selection process, including a Computer-Based Test (CBT), only 8,187 candidates out of 45,827 applicants have made it to the next round. These candidates scored above the 50% cut-off mark required to proceed.

It’s been a competitive race for the 7,000 teaching positions and 100 caregiver roles that OYOSUBEB is looking to fill in public primary schools across Oyo State. Despite 52,423 candidates initially applying, only 45,827 showed up for the CBT, making the shortlist even more selective.

Interview Timing

Each interview day begins promptly at 9:00 AM. Candidates are urged to log in to their OYOSUBEB portal to confirm their specific interview date and time.

VERY IMPORTANT: There will be no interview on Tuesday, 20th August 2024 as it is going to be a Public Holiday
